“Today I’m going to teach you a powerful technique that you can use to release any unwanted thought, feeling, or belief.

You can use it anytime, anywhere. You can use it when you feel stress, anxiety, depression, anger, or guilt. You can also use it when you feel stuck in a limiting belief like “I’m not worthy of success” or “It’s impossible.”

Anytime you feel off-center is a great time to do The Core Energy Technique. It is a simple and effective way to connect with “who you are” and “what you are here to do now.”

With practice, you will be able to quickly move into a state of strong, positive, clear, and peaceful vibration — what I call a core energy state. I’m sure you’ll find this technique invaluable and something you’ll want to do over and over again.

So let’s get started

The Core Energy Technique has four steps:

To begin, find a relaxed, comfortable position and close your eyes.


Step One: Feel your body as a whole from the inside.

Physicists have found that matter is actually more spacious than solid.

Imagine and feel your inner body as open, clear, spacious awareness.


Step Two: Breathe into your body as a whole.

As you inhale, imagine and feel your breath filling your body evenly and completely.

Exhale and feel your body empty out completely.

Take several slow, deep breaths.


Step Three: Smile from your heart to every cell.

As you inhale, smile with appreciation, gratitude and trust into your heart.

Exhale and send this smiling energy to every cell in your body.


Step Four: Ask your heart this question: “What is most important to me right here and now?”

Allow a response to emerge from the core of your being. Be patient, wait, listen, and feel.
Whether something specific emerges or not, the most important thing is that you have
taken time to focus inside and connect with the essence of who you are.


So that’s The Core Energy Technique.

Practicing Core Energy Meditation along with the Core Energy Technique will improve your ability to achieve and return to a Core Energy state. This is the optimum state from which to build and attract your ideal possibilities.
