In the "Short Version", we practice the whole "heart" area (middle dantien) together as one unit. It's simpler, easier, and faster. The "Full Version" audio in the next module guides you on successive rounds into the liver, lungs, and stomach to release toxic emotions and stagnant energy from these more specific locations. Practicing the “Short Version” is a great way to begin your practice and get a read on how the body/mind feels today and what would be most loving and supportive of it. Then, if you want to practice more, you can enjoy repeating the procedure, or, you can explore individual organs.
