A Most Profound Guided Exercise for Awakening | Mooji

Mostly in life, we cooperate with our ego self, which goes by the name of ‘I’. Here, we are offered this practical and immediate guidance, “A Commitment to Self-Discovery”, to train the attention to abide in the pure Awareness Self—our true Being. This exercise, when combined with persistence, some discipline, courage, and a little faith, leads to the transcending of the limitations of the personal ‘I’.

Mooji is a Jamaican spiritual teacher based in the UK and Portugal. He gives talks (Satsang) and conducts retreats. His followers describe Satsang as a “meeting in truth” where people come from all around the world, to ask questions about life, and seek peace and meaning.
