    I learn something or the other from you or at least get reminders of lessons, which I learned in the past, but which got covered during stressful times I went through.
    Purchasing the downloadable version of cem was a good idea, and even though I don’t find the time to practice daily, it’s very beneficial whenever I find the time to at least do the 20 minutes version before I go to sleep. But then later I did a mistake, I ordered chi-kong, which was partly downloads and partly to be send by courier-service… which company you use I don’t know, but it never arrived. Can you please check up on this and let me know. Thank you. Padma (eve ruppel)

      I’m glad that you’re finding benefit in the Weekly Messages and in CEM and qigong.

      The Qigong program comes completely in downloads and hard-copy, so you have the whole program in the download version. That said, I am sorry to hear that you have not received your hard copy.
