Thanks to those who listened in on our Group Coaching Call on Sunday November 28th.

On our Call, we wrapped up our exploration of “The Language of Emotions” by Karla McLaren.  We reviewed the key insights from McLaren on how to process the energy and information in every one of our emotions.  We also learned a practice called “Burning Contracts” for working through chronic mental-emotional-behavioral patterns that are plaguing you.  We finished by practicing “Rejuvenating Your Energy” and committing to taking at least one action every day to rejuvenate and inspire yourself.
